Once the project has received a positive financing decision, it is necessary to start implementing it.

The beneficiary of the cooperation project support must be well acquainted with all the rules.

Good to know

The project submitted for the spring call for applications must start between 1 November 2021 and 28 February 2022

We recommend forming a written agreement with your partners immediately at the beginning of the project so that the obligations and rights can be fixed in writing. The contract must meet the needs of the project and follow the laws of the lead partner (Estonia). You can use your institution’s previous contract templates.

The project activities must be carried out as planned in the application, taking into account the program guide and the rules and regulations in your contract with the National Agency. It is important to pay attention to the approved budget – whether and what cuts have been made compared to the application and how it will affect the project activities.

The creation of a project team in your institution ensures a successful project because it is difficult to lead the project alone, create content, organize information, measure impact and prepare reports.

When sharing information about a project, reference should always be made to the European Union as the co-financier of the project.

Each project is expected to introduce the activities, results, and success story to the public and pass them on to potential external stakeholders. The project must be disseminated throughout its duration.

At the end of the project, the results must be entered into the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.

Reporting

All coordinating organizations, i.e., Lead Partners, that have received an Erasmus + grant must submit a final report with the required annexes after the end of the project period. For longer cooperation projects, it is also necessary to submit interim reports during the project, which must also provide an overview of the content, budget, and documents. Reports are prepared and submitted through a web-based reporting environment. More information can be found in your contract with the National Agency.

To access the European Commission’s web applications, an account must be created on the EU login page of the authentication service.

All projects funded by the Erasmus + program are compiled in the European Commission’s Erasmus+ project results platform. During the project, the beneficiary can upload the project results/materials as well as the logo of their organization and the address of the project/organization’s website. Uploading project results is mandatory for all beneficiaries of strategic cooperation projects. The information is entered by the project lead partner (ie the coordinating institution).
