Simona Saaliste
Simona Saaliste is a graduate of the Tallinn School of Service specializing in bakery-confectionery and dessert cooking, who has gained experience in foreign countries with the Erasmus+ program three times. The first time was when she visited a school in Denmark for three weeks with a small group to study, followed by a trip to Belgium alone, where she worked long hours and acquired many new skills.
