Philip Kaat
Philip Kaat has been to many film-themed youth exchanges in Germany and Turkey. At one time he felt that he has received so much from Erasmus he now wants to give something back. With that thought he wrote a project and in summer of 2020 he organized his own youth exchange in Estonia.
